Return Policy
In some rare instances, you may need some help with a return. Don't worry! The following information will help you process your return:
Gerenerators cannot be returned unless they have been damaged in transit in which case you must refuse the delivery. Once delivery has been taken of a generator, you are responsible for it and we cannot refund your money.
All other items:
Unopened Merchandise
You may return any "unopened" accessories purchased from ArcoLink within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the "to" and "from" shipping charges.
Opened Merchandise
"Opened" accessories can be returned within 15 days of delivery, but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses.
You will be responsible for the "to" and "from" shipping charges. Opened returns must be in salable condition with original materials and packaging.
Damaged Products
If you suspect (but are not sure) your product was damaged in shipping, go ahead and inspect the inside contents. In many cases, the box may be slightly damaged but the product is fine.
If your product arrives DOA (Dead on Arrival), please (a) REFUSE DELIVERY and (b) call us at 888-320-2726 so we can coordinate an exchange for you.
You must notify us of any shipping damage within 10 days after receiving the merchandise, so we can process the appropriate claims with the shippers.
If you do NOT notify us within 10 days, you have accepted the merchandise in its current condition.
Defective Products
We encourage you to test your product within 15 days of receipt, so we can quickly remedy any mechanical problems.
If you think your generator is defective, don't worry. In most cases, the issue is a simple remedy that can be resolved over the phone or by a licensed technician.
You’re welcome to contact the manufacturer's customer service departments. They have expert technicians standing by to help solve your issue. Please have your model number and serial number available for fastest service.
